Welcome to Orso! Just a stones throw from the Skyline Lodge & Oak Steakhouse, this charming duet offers two separate living spaces with private entries.(not connected)
The upper level sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a pull-out couch. The lower level sleeps 4 with a queen bed, Murphy bed, full bath, and fully stocked kitchen. Relax by the outdoor fire pit and unwind in the private hot tub after a day of adventure. Only 3.5 miles from downtown Highlands for dining, shopping, and more!
This retreat features two separate living spaces with private entries (the spaces are not connected), making it perfect for families or groups who want both privacy and the option to gather together.
The Upper Level features 2 bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. One bedroom offers a king bed, while the other has a queen, both equipped with smart TVs. For additional sleeping space, there’s a pull-out couch in the living area. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for entertaining and there is an easily accessible washer and dryer for guests to use.

(We do offer guests an outdoor fire pit, with all the wood provided for a cozy, memorable evening under the stars.)
The Lower Level functions as a private downstairs apartment, comfortably sleeping 4 guests. It features a queen bed in the bedroom and an easily accessible Murphy bed in the living area. The fully stocked kitchen allows for convenient meal prep, while the full bathroom includes a beautiful walk-in shower. For added convenience, the lower level also has its own washer and dryer.
The outdoor space at Orso is a guest favorite! Relax in the private hot tub under the starry sky, or gather around the outdoor fire pit on a cool mountain night to make s’mores—wood is always provided for our guests. Guests can also take advantage of the expansive deck, complete with a grill and plenty of seating for enjoying meals and conversation.
Step outside, take a leisurely stroll through the neighborhood, grab brunch at Oak Steakhouse, or head over to Pinky Falls just a short walk away. Whether you’re soaking in the hot tub, grilling out, or simply breathing in the fresh mountain air, this space is perfect for creating lasting memories.
The entire home is available for guests to use, though please note there is one locked closet downstairs reserved for owner use only.
